Cancellation policy:
- Any change or cancellation of the reservation must be requested at least 15 days prior to the day of arrival.
- In case of cancellation between 15 - 7 days before the day of arrival, the deposit paid will not be refunded and the reservation will be forfeited.
- If cancelled less than 7 days before the day of arrival or no-show on the day of arrival, your credit card will be charged 100% of your reservation and the reservation will be forfeited.
- In the case of gift vouchers, the reservation will be forfeited and under no circumstances will the amount of the gift voucher be credited.
