El Racó de Madremanya offers you the place where you will always want to return.
El Racó de Madremanya is composed of four buildings: a magnificent 17th century stone farmhouse, the old garage of the farmhouse, a charming little stone house and a beautiful contemporary style building perfectly integrated into the environment thanks to the combination of stone and wood.
In addition, the hotel offers more than 3000 square meters of garden, lined with a splendid lawn, which houses 2 beautiful swimming pools: one with salt water and the other with fresh water HEATED (heated from April to the end of October).
INSIDE THE HOTEL
El Racó de Madremanya is located in a beautiful 17th century stone farmhouse.
First floor
On the first floor of the farmhouse is a large living room with several different environments, which highlights the large fireplace and vaulted stone ceiling, ideal for reading evenings. On this same floor, and with direct access to the garden, we find one of the bedrooms with a small living room and enjoys a separate terrace.
On the first floor, there are two beautiful bedrooms (one en suite), both with direct access to the garden and overlooking the pool.
Second floor
On accessing the second floor we find a large central hall. From this space there is access to 5 of the rooms of the farmhouse. The rooms stand out for their spaciousness, for their attention to detail and for having, each one of them, a different personality: some have their own terrace, others have a fireplace and all of them enjoy beautiful views. From this room you can also access a spacious terrace to contemplate the blue sky of the Empordà and enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings.
On the second floor, there is another spacious room, bathed in light and offering 2 independent terraces, one of them overlooking the garden and the swimming pool.
Second floor
The farmhouse is crowned on the second floor by a large and bright suite. This suite type room (60 m2 approx.), has sloping wooden ceilings and access to a separate terrace.
Suites with Jacuzzi and Pool Villa
In what was the old garage of the farmhouse there are now 3 beautiful suites with splendid bathrooms with jacuzzi for 2 people and a large terrace. One of these suites (the Pool Villa) also has a private garden and swimming pool (heated from April to the end of October) for the exclusive use of the guests of this suite.
On one side of the garden, we find a charming 2-storey cottage, all made of stone, which houses a large apartment-style suite with a small patio. In the adjoining building, we find the dining room, presided over by a stone fountain and surrounded by large windows overlooking the garden and one of the pools.
